As the Budget and Compliance Specialist, this role is integral in providing budget planning, compliance, and reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), ensuring the organisation's financial operations are both effective and efficient. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate the preparation of the Annual Budget and Quarterly Revised Budgets
Prepare and review the Labour Budget
Assist in the development and preparation of the financial reporting framework
Produce financial budget reports, ensuring compliance with legislation, and provide detailed analysis on budget movements and outcomes
Maintain 10-year financial forecasts, analyse results, and provide commentary on key movements to aid decision making
Reconcile and collate financial reports for presentation
Support and improve Budget Financial systems, including data
