. Primary Purpose of Role
To administer, support and maintain the Pathology technology enterprise and associated infrastructure services across the Pathology group multiple locations (i.e., local lab network infrastructure, security, physical and virtual servers, backup systems)
Supporting and maintaining organizational computer systems, desktops, mobile phones and other peripherals.
Responsible for the efficient and timely resolution of technology issues and maintenance, both on demand and per request
Fulfilment and deployment of new or replacement hardware components, desktop and technology hardware and software components
To ensure technology services tasks are managed effectively and responsibly, to agreed service
Act as technical lead on Pathology IT project implementations
Review, maintain and update IT processes and systems
To be considered for this role your skills and attributes should include:
2-5 years of experience in level 1 &/or 2 support roles
