Purpose of your role

At OFX, user relationships are a key priority in providing an unparalleled experience to our customers. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for winning, servicing, retaining and growing a designated portfolio of accounting, bookkeeping and advisory users. You will be responsible for achieving new and existing revenue targets whilst ensuring there is minimum level of customer churn across the portfolio.

What you do

• Grow and manage an existing portfolio of accounting users with a focus on increasing revenue and generating new interest through referrals of both their existing client base and new accountants/advisors.
• Pro-actively engage your portfolio to communicate partner events, provide updates on product improvements, identify use cases for providing further value to these users, generate new referral opportunities for the new business team to expand and reduce churn by becoming a valuable relationship to your clients’ businesses.
• Bring experience in the relationship management of a portfolio to be able to develop a key account plan that manages growth of our top accounts vs general accounts while maintaining the balance to support both effectively.
• Provide responsive and efficient management of all inbound enquires and liaise with support, product and implementation teams to ensure a satisfactory outcome for your clients’ requests while providing user feedback/issues to assist product development and enhance our CVP of the channel.
• Actively engage and work closely with the OFX compliance, marketing, operations, sales and development/engineering teams in pursuit of achieving commercial objectives.
• Strictly adhere to the full suite of OFX credit, risk management and group policies.

The Commercial discipline is responsible for driving business growth, managing partnerships, and providing industry subject matter expertise and advisory to both clients and internal teams. This strategic and consultative team creates meaningful relationships with clients through their combined knowledge of IT services industry trends and pain points. Members include business development staff of all levels, client partners, alliances and partnerships managers, industry advisors, and operational leads.

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) focused on the SCM, Logistics & Travel industries, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth as a valuable team member of our Sales and Marketing team, using your expertise to discover and capitalize on new business opportunities within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the sales pipeline by engaging new and existing clients within the SCM, Logistics & Travel Industries
• Drive client engagement and proposal development.
• Plan and carry out business activities to build client relationships and secure opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior sales and delivery teams to articulate Endava's value proposition effectively.
• Develop and maintain a target account list with defined prospect/client profiles and key value propositions.

Your ability to build relationships, understand client needs to identify and drive new opportunities in your portfolio will be essential to your success in this role.

ServiceNow is currently seeking a Senior Account Escalation Manager to manage customer accounts requiring an enhanced level of interaction and personalized service during account-level escalation. The Account Escalation Manager establishes a trusted short-term advisor relationship that ensures overall customer satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Development and Execution of Get Well Plan
• Understand all aspects of the situation and develop a clear scope and get well plan.
• 100% ownership of the account escalation engagement and all activities that make up the get well plan.
• Maintain disciplined and regular communications within accounts, from C-level executives to front line administrators, while building credibility through timely action and responsiveness during the account escalation.
• Review & analyze Customer health trends to proactively identify and resolve issues before the customer escalates.
• Co-ordination with all internal subject matter experts and stakeholders, acting as the primary decision point for all active customer activities pertaining to the account escalation.
• Regularly report internally to leadership audiences, through C-level, on active account escalation status.
• Customer champion, a resource specifically focused on returning the customer environment to a stable state and the customer to a state of satisfaction with ServiceNow, resulting in the continued growth of the account.
• Up to 10% travel annually.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Account Executive whose passion is
generating new business (new logo acquisition) for Freshworks. They should have a
consultative sales approach, a successful track record growing and on-boarding clients
with polished presentation skills. This person must demonstrate all the behaviors
associated with a high performance sales culture, specifically creating their own pipeline
of new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting to new accounts
and delivering results against a quota.

While supported by an experienced BDR team and extensive outbound marketing, this
person should be a self-starting acquisition seller, planning and actively seeking new
logos to bring into the Freshworks family.

The candidate should be a self-starter with a “GROWTH MINDSET” who has a willingness to
learn and adapt in any situation. They should be prepared to develop and execute
against a territory/account plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets and have a
strong can-do attitude in an agile and ever-changing environment as the company
moves into new markets and new technology segments. The ideal candidate will possess
both sales and technical expertise along with engagement skills from a CXO level to
technical and operations staff. The Account executive will be an exceptionally strong
analytical thinker who thrives in fast paced dynamic environments with good
communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

● You’ll become the resident expert on the Freshworks platform for our customers
and will sell new customers on our cloud-based software

● Drive new logo acquisitions to meet or exceed revenue targets
● Demonstrating / selling value to key stakeholders within the accounts
● Build a plan to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction within your accounts
● Create & articulate compelling value conversations with C-Level stakeholders and
also work in alignment with inside stakeholders namely peer AEs, Customer
Success, Implementations, Billing, Support, deals teams etc.
● Close large, complex deals involving multiple executive level stakeholders
● Collaborate with and lead a larger cross functional team to close large complex
deals
● Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-
win agreements based on value based selling
● Exceeding activity, pipeline and revenue goals on a quarterly basis
● Build strategies and execute on the plan in the assigned territory with the goal of
generating and maintaining 3x forward-quarter pipeline
