This team is responsible for some of the company's most prestigious lifestyle and business titles e.g. AFR Magazine, FIN Magazine, Good Weekend, Traveller and news media websites (nine.com.au and SMH & Age mastheads). 

The Client Partnership - Travel and Luxury team manage some of Nines top spending key
clients and partnerships.

Day to day you will:

• Be involved in Sales and Campaign management
• Perform administrative duties for our print and online products
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (editorial, production, other sales teams, commercial innovation, commercial operations etc.)
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Nine Publishing (formerly known as Fairfax) print and digital products within your portfolio and be confident talking to clients and responding to requests
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales figures as requested
• Support the Group Business Director, Client Directors and Client Partners Manager and/or Group Director with the coordination of team operations

This is an exciting opportunity to be a member of the Commerce team on a Parental Leave capacity, a specialist team within Nine’s Sales function, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, analysis of and influencing development of Nine's Revenue systems, primarily booking and revenue data reporting systems. 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• In-depth understanding of Nine's advertising trading systems across Television, Radio & Digital platforms
• Providing guidance to the National Sales team as the Sales Systems super-user
• Gain insight and understanding of the Commerce function and yield & inventory management requirements of each platform
• Collaborate effectively with team members to prioritise, plan and execute systems strategies as required
• Testing lead for key revenue systems development
• Play an influential role in new revenue data solutions
• Liaise between Sales and Technology teams as the advocate for the Sales
• Commerce lead for any sales system training requirements, including new user induction, including documentation and training plans
• Troubleshooting and problem solving as key stakeholder where ad hoc situations occur
• Project lead on sales systems initiatives
• Other duties as reasonably required

As a Sales Executive for Nine in Publishing, you will be responsible for campaigns and deal sales across Australia's #1 Metro Mastheads, the Sydney Morning Herald and The Age, as well as Australia's national Business Masthead, The Australian Financial Review. In addition to our Mastheads, Publishing Sales Executives are responsible for sales across the Nine.com.au portfolio, which includes 9News, 9Honey, Wide World Of Sports and more. 

You will work within a fast-paced, high-performing and energetic sales team who push boundaries and lead the way!

Responsibilities include:

• Effectively managing a pipeline of briefs and proactive ideas to meet and exceed revenue targets, whilst accurately forecasting revenue to the business
• Communicate product value in order to educate clients and deliver on product sales
• Maintain a strong knowledge of online video and display, native content, performance media and programmatic buying
• Work with several departments and stakeholders to deliver leading solutions for your partners
• Deliver solutions to your clients that are strategically and creatively led showcasing your deep knowledge of your client’s business
• Work closely with our Powered team to deliver new and relevant opportunities for brands
• Facilitate the sale of program sponsorships, sports sponsorships and spot packages
• Maintain client and account lists

Your Career

As the ANZ Major Account Manager for Global Accounts, your primary responsibility will be to sell the Palo Alto Networks portfolio of products and services into some of our most significant & strategic accounts. You will be responsible for building, developing and managing the Australia and New Zealand partnerships with these accounts. Your role will have you defining and driving the account strategy, working closely with the relevant Global Client Leads in the US and EMEA. You must be able to build strong global, regional and local relationships, drive and execute adoption strategies of global standards with regional stakeholders and deliver over-achievement of your revenue goals.

• Co-develop account plans with the lead Global Client Leads of each account
• Maintain accurate and timely weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast which will ultimately exceed your annual revenue goal
