You will be responsible for two distinct job responsibilities Retail Marketing and brand pitching. You will be responsible for developing and executing retail marketing plans across ANZ with retailers and key licensees, that leverages the richness of NBCUniversal’s entertainment content. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for proactively supporting the Commercial Director to drive the regional strategic objectives and budget targets. Key Responsibilities

We pride ourselves on compensating and rewarding our tutors for their hard work. The starting rate ranges from $90 to $160 per 2-hour class (exc. Super) depending on the size of the classes you take. Minimal Admin Work

There is almost no requirement for admin work. All you have to do is take simple attendance, manage student emails, and address student questions promptly outside of class via social media/text/email. Our support teams organise class days and times, following up on missed attendance, managing payments and enrolments, so you can just focus on the student and tutoring. However, If you’d like to create additional resources for us or do more non-tutoring work, we can also organise tailored payment plans to suit your needs :)

• Securing resident keys, security devices, parcels, and dry cleaning.
• Internal and External Patrolling.
• Completing Incident Reports when necessary and responding to emergencies.
• Ensuring entry and lifts are tidy and presentable.

The focus of this role is to deliver industry leading concierge services to residents of high-end Sydney based apartment complexes. Our concierge act as the face of the building and provide a professional welcome to residents and exceptional service experiences that bonds Excel to the clients and their guests.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Providing all residents and guests with a 5-star service, ensuring exceptional front desk services.
• Assisting the Building Manager and Head Concierge with issues related to By Laws, resident car park, reporting, keys auditing.
• Monitoring relevant movements of visitors, service providers and goods throughout the building and immediate surrounds.
