• Working with the Power Generation team, you will apply your sound knowledge and experience (ideally 4+ years) in Civil engineering across projects within the energy space. • Ability to review design drawings for compliance, technical specifications, design criteria, project work plan/time schedule, inspection test plans, BoQs and cost estimates. 
• Proficient in Australian Standards and capable of providing civil design solutions and documentation to support energy projects within the Power Generation and Distribution practice groups for various development types, from feasibility, conceptual to detailed design.
• Experience in civil design and CAD software packages such as Civil 3D, 12d, Drains, AutoCAD or others.

About the Role

An additional new role due to growth within the region has become available for a Clinical Application Specialist – General Imaging | Ultrasound, NSW to join our high performing team where your clinical experience as a sonographer within General Imaging | Ultrasound and a customer centric approach will be highly valued.

Reporting to the Clinical Application Manager – General Imaging | Ultrasound, you will work with a broad spectrum of stakeholders and customers to play a pivotal role in the ongoing success of our Ultrasound business.

Your role:

Providing clinical support throughout the entire life cycle of the relationship with both new and existing customers, you will work in partnership with Account Managers to deliver pre-sale presentations and demonstrations on the Philips Ultrasound portfolio including advanced imaging techniques. You will play a pivotal role in maximizing customer satisfaction, and elevating the efficiency of patient care, through providing effective training around the optimal use of our equipment once delivered / installed and handed over by Philips.

 Other key responsibilities

• Promote Philips Healthcare solutions during customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars, and trade shows.

• Train customers in applying optimal usage of the equipment delivered enabling users to follow clinical procedures and protocols to achieve best practice.

• Train / re-train hospital staff in case of new releases, upgrade and / or versions (changes) in the operating procedures of the equipment

• Conduct regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback from them about the quality of the training delivery and the customer satisfaction.

• Be aware and to manage at all times the quality and safety standards required by the company, including radiation protection, health and safety regulations.

• Supporting the business with input on configurations, working with the Account Manager, Clinical Applications Manager and Clinical Modality Sales Specialist to provide clinical feedback to assist in funnel management.

 

You're the right fit if:

• You have postgraduate studies in General Imaging | Ultrasound with ideally a minimum of 3 years in-depth clinical experience within a public and/or private medical imaging department.

• Experience with advanced imaging technologies, or imaging subspecialties is highly desirable.

• Previous experience in presentations and training or experience within a commercial environment will be highly regarded.

• Outstanding relationship building and communication skills with high levels of motivation, energy, and a drive to achieve results.

• The ability to travel across Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific as required.

POSITION SUMMARY:

In this client - facing role, you will support business leaders in the successful selection, configuration, implementation and sustainment of EHS and sustainability management information systems. You will also provide objective, independent advice on off-the-shelf or custom-built, third-party technologies and knowledge of the market presence of these technologies within our clients. (Training will be provided.) The successful candidate will have effective client communication skills and a passion for sustainability and technology, with an educational background in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Theoretical Business. Ideally, you will have successfully completed university courses that provided exposure to and experience with Environmental software or environmental studies in order to further develop a deep understanding of global EHS and sustainability business capabilities, regulatory requirements and best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate EHS&S Management Information Systems (EMIS) available on the market, including assisting clients with system requirements and software selection.
• Engage in all life cycle stages of project execution; Implement EMIS software for clients worldwide, assisting with system configuration, integration, training, rollout, support, maintenance, enhancement and improvements as required to meet overall business objectives of clients.
• Support consultant teams that configure/deploy environmental health, safety and sustainability solutions; specific activities include drafting and publishing system design documents, configuring technical specifications and components within the solution, analyzing/migrating data, and developing custom reports/dashboards and automated interfaces.  
• Participate in system support and training documentation teams, and prepare and present training to internal consultants and client system users.
• Apply functional and technical skill to configure EMIS software; serve as subject matter expert to provide escalation point for production issues.
• Map and analyze end-to-end business processes within third party and proprietary systems as well as integration with EHS&S Management Information Systems software, following formal IT guidelines.
• Facilitate management of change issues with the adoption of new information systems. 
• Serve as a power user of collaborative technology, and champion new and innovative business solutions within established and emerging technical architectures (i.e. Enablon, Intelex, Cority, SAI Global EHS 360, SAP EHSM, and other EHS&S software systems.)

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree holder in an environmental or technical field such as Environmental Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Theoretical Business.
• Diversified information technology background and knowledge of EHS software, methodologies, domains and technology an advantage but not required. (Environmental Compliance, Industrial Hygiene and Safety, Occupational Health, Occupational Hygiene, Audit Management, Incident Management & Risk Assessment)
• Enablon, Intelex, Cority, SAI Global EHS 360, SAP EHSM, Sphera, or other EHS&S software systems knowledge and education/professional experience a plus but not required.
