• The Performance Support Engineer will be responsible for managing and resolving the most challenging issues for the ServiceNow Technical Support team focusing on Performance and instance availability. In this pivotal role, you will partner with senior leaders across our verticals, including Executive leaders, Sales leaders, and their teams, to develop innovative pricing and packaging solutions.
