And we’re on the hunt for a talented Account Manager (3+ years’ experience) to join our buzzing and flourishing team!
About the role:
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client relationships, strategically managing and leading internal teams and driving successful project delivery across the board. This includes developing and executing project plans, creative briefs, quotes etc managing third party production partners and navigating client requirements.
Who are we looking for?
Someone with a ‘can-do’ attitude, keen to get stuck into one of the agency’s largest creative and brand retainers and will take on ownership and delivery of the day-to-day!
As a great communicator, it is important that they know and understand how to listen and interrogate client briefs to get a clear and detailed understanding of the ask. They will know how to provide both a strategic and creative point of view at project onset and will be all over the project management too!
They will need to be a confident and clear leader, who’s able to lead internal creative briefings and client presentations to senior stakeholders. They will already have experience in managing projects that are primarily creative asset delivery across channel.
Day to day you’ll:
• Act as a problem solver and strategic thinker.
• Have a passion for and be excited by creative ideas!
• Work with people, and learn how to get the best out of people.
• Create confident documentation, including costings, briefs, scopes, and presentations.
• Work with internal teams to define scope and resource requirements of projects.
• Produce accurate timelines with clearly flagged milestones.
• Manage relationships well (internally and externally) finding the best solution possible Work with the client’s third-party agencies and suppliers to jointly scope, manage and deliver campaigns when appropriate.
• Assess the time and financial impact of changes and communicate these confidently to client when necessary.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and market competition, leveraging your deep industry knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients.

Knowledge & experience
• 3+ years’ experience in a brand or performance agency
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Creative and production background
