To support our growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, driven and ambitious Key Account Manager, focusing on Pharmacy at a national level, to join our successful team.

The Role:

As our newly appointed Key Account Manager you will have responsibility to actively manage the sales territory, key customer relationships and activities, support marketing activities, identify customer trends and opportunities, to achieve/ exceed territory sales targets. 

The role will focus primarily on national banner groups and OTC across Australia, to support the launch and sales of our latest product.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Meet/exceed sales and growth targets and deliver budgeted revenue.
• Engage with national buying groups and pharmacies to provide disease and product education/awareness.
• Attend industry conferences of relevant therapeutic areas to expand knowledge and communicate key findings to the greater team.
• Develop annual strategic territory action plan and strategy for assigned products, revised quarterly.
• Identify and engage with KOL’s to achieve advocacy as required.
• Follow through on customer commitments and requests promptly.
• Meet or exceed agreed reach and frequency targets with key HCPs.
• Monitor key financial areas including the recording of monthly sales and expenditure.
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of therapy area to transfer into reasonable strategies and support future activities.
• Use strong technical knowledge and sales skills to build confidence in our brand.
• Contribute to strong cross functional relationships, specifically; Finance, Customer Service, Regulatory, Quality, Medical and Distribution to support the execution of set objectives.

• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical sales with a particular focus on OTC, pharmacy banner groups and major chain accounts.
• Tertiary qualification in science, health or business fields
• Completion of Medicines Australia Continuing Education Program
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
• A proven record in business planning with demonstrable sales success
• Highly organised with an ability to self-motivate and work autonomously.
• Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Service Operations is responsible for the availability and reliability of the IT Services enabling Cuscal to make payments easy, accessible, and secure for our clients and partners. We look to provide Consistent, Reliable and Robust delivery of IT Services whilst enabling Agility and Continuous Improvement to enable Cuscal to remain competitive.

As the IT Service Continuity Manager, you will oversee all aspects of service continuity including Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning (BCP). This role will work with the business and external auditors to ensure all aspects of service continuity and recovery are being continuously planned and managed.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Disaster Recovery Plan creation, implementation, maintenance and recovery testing.
• Conducting technology impact, availability, and continuity risk assessments of critical technology assets.
• Recovery technology solution evaluation with various infrastructure technology domains.
• Conducting business impact analysis for each business segment to determine critical business processes, identify and justify recovery time periods and establish recovery resource requirements.
• Recommending recovery strategies and options and assisting with the implementation of the recovery solutions.
• Participates on project teams, provides templates and guidance for the documentation of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Administering enterprise business continuity tools and provides training while conducting knowledge transfer regarding business continuity best practices.
• Establishing and coordinate business recovery testing methodologies.
• Executing internal business continuity plans to validate adequacy and understanding. As well as delivering training to key employees that will embed and execute them.
• Preparing reports on the company business recovery readiness for management and customers alike.

Position Purpose

This role is to translate client needs into technical specifications to enable the client to process its data efficiently/effectively. Client Liaisons are the Key Person of contact for Client Service and Operations teams with the responsibility of managing work priorities. Persons in this role represent Operations’ interests and knowledge in relation to Clients and Client Services.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Act as front and face for the Nielsen operations team, both internally towards our Client Services team as directly at client site for priority clients:

• Capture client requirements around database setup and adaptations, interpreting the client need and working with different stakeholders to provide the best solution
• Manages communication with client and client services team around the impact of changes to client deliverables
• Communicate operational improvement initiatives in a clear and understandable manner both to internal stakeholders as to your selected clients
• Have accountability for the on time and on quality execution of client requests, either requested by the client directly or via the Client Services team:
• Does initial analysis of client requests and raises tickets brought by clients or Client Services through the appropriate channel
• Follows up on outstanding client tickets and ensures on time and on quality execution, as well as prompt escalation/communication if potential issues arise
• Executes a final validation on client deliverables to ensure client requirements have been executed as expected prior to delivery.
• Supports the quality team in root cause analysis and communicates action plans to client
• Reports quality metrics on behalf of clients, including databases delivered with errors.
• Develop and manage relationships across senior members across senior members of Nielsen and the Major Manufacturing clients:
• Category expertise; Learn and understand the Clients products and categories, propose and align their data standards.
• Engage with the quality lead to apply process improvement learnings within your way of working and ensure clients quality issues are addressed
• Support the implementation of action plans where Client or Client Service involvement is required.
