The Opportunity
Reporting directly into the Head of Human Resources, this role will see you lead a small team of professional?s delivering employee compensation and benefits advice and support to senior stakeholders and leaders across their business. You will manage the use of agreed processes, standards and methods ensuring consistency of service delivery and performance across the wider business. 
Key Responsibilities


You will provide accurate and high level of service delivery across employee and compensation benefits, including information relating to allowances, timesheets, superannuation changes to cost centre allocation changes.
Build strong partnerships with the wider HR Team ensuring the delivery of high level and accurate services.
Ensure compliance with relevant Enterprise Agreements, Modern Awards and relevant employment
