We are looking for an innovative Senior Team Leader to join our expanding and highly skilled team at our Dickson service. We are currently looking for:
Senior Team Leader (Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care)
Desirable qualifications (Diploma of Leadership and Management and over 5-year-experience in Early Childhood Setting)

Duties
In this role you will wear many hats:
Mentor: Supervise and mentor educators, team leaders, and support staff, providing guidance, feedback, and support over a hub including a multiple of classrooms
Senior Leader: Responsible for the day-to-day management of the centre or service in the temporary absence of the Centre Management Team and for management and compliance with statutory and quality assurance issues.
Safety Trailblazer: Co-ordinate centre or service operations including Work Health and Safety, document updates and PD session as needed
Facility Organiser: Contribute to resource allocation, maintaining appropriate inventory levels for educational materials and supplies.
Pedagogy Pioneer: Stay up-to-date with new trends, research, and best practices in early childhood education.
Innovative enthusiast: Inspire educators as a role-model and implement innovative approaches to enhance the learning environment and outcomes for children, while motivating educators to adopt effective educational practices.
