Role Purpose

The role will sit within the Business Ops and Delivery team providing  guidance and leadership to the business analysis team. The team provides solution and analysis to scheme team (including NPP, eftpos and BPay).

Requirements

You will be responsible for:

• Ensure business analysis standards are maintained.
• Perform gap analysis to ensure continued 100% coverage of requirements.

• Part of the role is to deliver BA Artefacts as per the AP+ standards where allocated as a BA resource in a project. 
• Product Backlog Management: Identify, document, and refine user stories to increase the degree of detail relating to acceptance criteria, assumptions, constraints, dependencies.
• Manage stakeholders and vendors all around the world.  
• Deliveries must be of high quality and within time.  
• Coordinate deliveries with internal and external stakeholders.  
• Be flexible outside of normal working hours.  

In order for you to be successful in the role, you’ll have:

• Bachelor degree or similar  (preferred)
• Experience with payment vendor applications (e.g. FIS , Swift and paytec) 
• Experience in ISO 20022/ NPP 
• Proven experience in a Solution Design/ Technical BA background.
• Use of Waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Expert in ISO 20022 standard.
• Good to have knowledge of at least one payment scheme.
• Good to have knowledge with one of the following: AS.2805, EMV

The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for providing onsite and offsite network support for our clients’ environment. • Present the Orgvue platform using Challenger techniques, including team and/or consultative presentations and efforts.
• Work with senior management and corporate counsel, negotiate contracts and provide all follow-up to deliver signed contracts.
• Maintain strong sales pipeline and forecast to increase visibility of short and long-term prospects through our CRM.
• Work with existing clients to further develop their communities and provide new introductions.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years of quota bearing experience in enterprise software sales with an established network of professional contacts
• Consistently exceeded quarterly and annual quotas
• Understands and demonstrates aptitude in managing and leveraging relationships to secure business and executive alignment at accounts
• Extensive latitude for independent judgment and the ability to travel and work without supervision on complex projects
• Demonstrable knowledge of FSI, Healthcare, Energy, FMCG, TMT or Retail verticals
• Excellent verbal and written (including presentations) communication skills, including the ability to speak publicly to groups.

The Purpose:

This role will play a key role in modernising, securing, and shaping the future of our infrastructure and ensuring it continues to meet the business needs. You will work and collaborate closely with the engineers within the team and other business units within the division. The role also includes responsibilities to assist with conducting technical reviews for new and ongoing tactical and strategic initiatives.

Primary Accountabilities, Duties and Responsibilities:

• Broad IT technical skills with at least 5 + years’ experience in a similar role.
• Automate and maintain operations in cloud-based environments using IaaC.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Create and maintain detailed design and how-to documentation.
• Collaborate with team members on the delivery of new features.
• Work closely with the engineers, developers, BA’s and architects in the creation of advanced cloud solutions
• Evolve the platform in-line with developments and changes to cloud-based capabilities and services.
• Identify technology improvement and transformation opportunities to enhance customer service, reduce operating costs, and maximise the speed of implementation.
• Participate in technical discovery and design.
• Liaise with security team members to ensure the platform is secure.
• Addressing identified security vulnerabilities in a proactive and timely manner.

We'd love to hear from you if have:

• Proven experience in a major Cloud provider such as AWS (preferred), GCP, Azure.
• Proven experience in Cloud networking such as VPC, NACL, Security Group, Firewalls, LBs.
• Demonstratable experience in Infrastructure-as-a-Code frameworks and automation such as Terraform, AWS CDK, Cloud Formation, Ansible.
• Demonstratable experience with source-code repositories and CI/CD pipelines such as Gitlab, Github, Bitbucket, etc.
• Experience with industry compliance frameworks and participation in security audits – PCI, ISO, TDIF.
• Experience working in Agile teams with recurring rituals such as scrums, retros, sprint planning.
