About the Role:

Our Engineering team is given trust and autonomy to do great work. We work in small teams focused on specific features of our core platform, with 4-5 Engineers including a Technical Lead. We work in a triad with Product Managers and Designers to solve problems for our customers. We are currently refactoring our monolith into microservices, working with PHP8.2, Laravel 9, React.js, GraphQL and Node.js. We are currently seeking a Senior Process Architect to join our new team in Brisbane. As a permanent employee, you will play a critical role in the design and development of our new $350 million manufacturing facility in Queensland. Reporting to the Lead Process Architect, you will contribute your expertise in GMP architecture to review design proposals and ensure compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Developing the master plan and managing third-party engineering companies to deliver concept BOD's and detailed designs - Reviewing and approving third-party CSA and detail design drawings - Planning, developing, and executing projects - Ensuring availability of resources to execute projects to benchmark standards - Assessing project risks and proposing mitigations - Collaborating closely with senior leadership in meeting organizational goals - Assisting in the evolution of architecture processes Requirements Summary: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in process architecture - Bachelor of Architecture or similar qualification - Experience working on large-scale pharmaceutical projects at the leadership architect level - Exemplary interpersonal, teamwork, communication, leadership, and organizational skills - Financial and commercial acumen when interfacing with external vendors - Positive mindset, especially in dealing with challenges and ambiguity - Willingness to embrace new systems, processes, technology, ideas, and continuous process improvement At Aegros Therapeutics, we offer a collaborative and dynamic work environment that fosters innovation and growth.
