The role
This role is suited to Account Executives with previous software sales experience. You would be joining a high-performing team of diverse 20+ Account Executives in Sydney.
It's a full 360-degree role that involves both prospecting & closing and you'll be supported by a strong SDR & Marketing team which is responsible for driving inbound leads. It is certainly suited to people with a highly driven "Hunter" type mentality. Must have resilience!
You will receive best-in-class initial and ongoing training, and you'll be given a clear career progression path.
- 2-5 years of proven OUTBOUND software sales experience (B2B or B2C)
- Proven track record achieving sales KPI
- Competitive nature
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident dealing with business owners
- Organized and proven ability to multi-task
- $80,000 - $85,000 plus super & monthly commission ($120,000-$170,000+ OTE). Top earners can earn $200k - $250k OTE.
