Key Responsibilities

As a newly created role, our Customer Success Consultant will report into our Services Team, and support the onboarding of our SME customers and will be responsible for meeting new clients, building rapport and being a brand ambassador for Retinue. • 1+ years within a customer centric, face to face role. Ideally, dealing with SME clients on site
