How will you help Xe become more successful?

We're currently tendering for additional work to undertake Residential Aged Care assessments of residents in aged care facilities on behalf of the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care.

The work will involve you leading a team of experienced aged care professionals who will be visiting aged care facilities to assess residents using the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) assessment funding tool. You will provide in-field support to assessors to ensure the quality and consistency of assessments, plus develop assessor support and quality assurance mechanisms.

The Technical Manager, reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, is responsible for the overall management and coordination of CAE resources (maintenance and support personnel), budget and operational maintenance requirements of the training devices under their control. We are opening a new training centre in Sydney in 2024, as a part of this we are looking for an experienced manager to take on the position of Maintenance Technical Manager.
