Your duties as HR Manager will include among others:

• Conduct daily balancing and reconciliation, across the night audit process
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and for the duration of our guest’s stay
• Maintaining procedures in relation to credit and cash transactions and accounting documentation 
• Assist guests with luggage and other concierge duties as required
• Actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by guests

Work from home role - 20hrs per week, shifts available Mon-Fri, between 9am and 5pm

• Paid, in person training in the Brisbane CBD from the 20th of January (1 week)
• Monthly connection days required - just one shift per month, in either the Brisbane CBD or Maroochydore
