Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Working overnight from 11pm to 7am, with the availability to work shifts across the 7 days, including weekends and public holidays
- Conduct daily balancing and reconciliation, across the night audit process
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and for the duration of our guest’s stay
- Maintaining procedures in relation to credit and cash transactions and accounting documentation
- Assist guests with luggage and other concierge duties as required
- Actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by guests
