Your New Role

As a Full-Time Retail Team Member at our very first store, you’ll be an essential part of an exciting new chapter! Your role is all about delivering top-notch customer service, keeping the store looking great, and helping us meet our sales goals. Occasionally, you'll take on opening duties, ensuring the store is set up for a successful day.

In this position, you'll work closely with the Store Manager and the rest of the team to maintain visual merchandising standards, stock accuracy, and a smooth-running store. This is your chance to help shape the customer experience in a brand-new retail environment!

Your Day to Day

• Provide exceptional customer service and product advice
• Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing
• Assist with stock management, including restocking and inventory checks
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Perform opening duties when required, setting up the store for the day
• Support promotional activities and maintain merchandising standards
• Follow store security and loss prevention protocols

• Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and team members
• Understanding of basic sales techniques and ability to meet sales targets

Reservations Sales Agent

Showcase your outstanding interpersonal skills as a Reservations Sales Agent, where you will provide organizational and administrative support to the team and memorable service to our guests. Your experience and skills include:

What you will be doing:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service while corresponding with guests via various methods in a timely manner.
• Book, enter and update room reservation requests & rooming lists, as well as build & maintain group blocks, using the relevant systems to ensure a flawless check-in & check-out process.
• Ensure accurate payment information is received and inputted in a timely manner.
• Maximize revenue by upselling guestrooms and recommending hotel facilities.
• Assist with balancing inventory/room types.
• Liaise and maintain strong working relationships with Sales, Food & Beverage, Front Office & other departments as required.
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
