Your New Role
As a Full-Time Retail Team Member at our very first store, you’ll be an essential part of an exciting new chapter! Your role is all about delivering top-notch customer service, keeping the store looking great, and helping us meet our sales goals. Occasionally, you'll take on opening duties, ensuring the store is set up for a successful day.
In this position, you'll work closely with the Store Manager and the rest of the team to maintain visual merchandising standards, stock accuracy, and a smooth-running store. This is your chance to help shape the customer experience in a brand-new retail environment!
Your Day to Day
- Provide exceptional customer service and product advice
- Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing
- Assist with stock management, including restocking and inventory checks
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Perform opening duties when required, setting up the store for the day
- Support promotional activities and maintain merchandising standards
- Follow store security and loss prevention protocols
What You Need
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and team members
- Understanding of basic sales techniques and ability to meet sales targets
- Attention to detail for maintaining store presentation and stock accuracy
- Competence in handling cash and processing transactions
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment
