Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations
Negotiate and finalise sales agreements
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Toyota products and promotions
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build customer loyalty
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Who we're looking for:
Previous experience in dealership sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Knowledge of the automotive industry and products is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Valid driver's license
