We are currently looking for experienced Program Controls specialists to lead program controls on large and highly complex infrastructure programs. We have opportunities in Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane and Melbourne in Aviation, Energy, Urban Development and Water. Successful candidates will play an integral part in our ANZ regional Program Management business line leadership and will contribute to the strategy and direction of Program Management and Controls function.

What will a day in this role look like:

• Manage and coordinate Program Controls for large programs, that are of high strategic value and have the highest level of execution complexity.
• Provide senior-level oversight for Program Controls activities including leading the coordination efforts across multiple projects within the program, ensuing seamless integration and alignment with the program objectives.
• Spearhead and implement innovative strategies to streamline processes, enhance collaboration ultimately optimising efficiency and productivity across the program.
• Use your visionary technical leadership to set the strategic direction for program controls, ensuring alignment with AECOM’s broader business objectives.

Provide expert guidance and oversight to project controls teams, ensuring the effective management of individual project elements alongside ensuring concise communication between project teams, stakeholders and senior leadership across the Program.

We are currently seeking a skilled Pega Lead System Architect (LSA). You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Pega solutions to meet client requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Pega Lead System Architect.
• Pega LSA certification is required.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and Pega frameworks.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex Pega solutions, including case management, workflow, and business rules.
• Proficient in using Pega tools such as Pega Designer Studio and Pega Decisioning.
• Experience with integration using Pega connectors and APIs.
• Good understanding of Pega security and access control mechanisms.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

About the Role:

The Accounts Payable Team Lead will oversee a small team, managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable function for CDC, ensuring payment obligations are met and maintaining high-quality supplier relationships. Additionally, the role involves managing the procurement process for Purchase Orders (PO), and triaging and resolving inquiries in compliance with the organisation's procurement guidelines.

Other Responsibilities include:

• Manage the day-to-day operations and workflow of the Accounts Payable team, ensuring efficient service delivery and timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Review and manage payments, assist Treasury with cash flow forecasting, and complete month-end processing within agreed time frames.
• Raise Purchase Orders (POs) efficiently and accurately, send remittances to suppliers, and collaborate with the broader Finance team on period-end Journals, particularly those related to Accruals and Expenses.
• Lead the team in delivering efficient business services and participate in the financial control leadership team to foster effective working relationships across Finance.
• Initiate process improvements to enhance service delivery and attend relevant team and stakeholder meetings to ensure excellent engagement and communication.

About you: 

This role requires an approachable, knowledgeable leader with proven experience in leading an Accounts Payable team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders. They should also have the confidence to handle complex invoice inventory and validation when necessary.

• Possesses strong people skills with a focus on providing quality customer service, and excellent communication abilities at all levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience in analysing data and identifying areas for improvement in Accounts Payable, with a working knowledge of GST classification.
• Demonstrates excellent time management skills, the ability to manage conflicting priorities, and deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely outcomes.
• Proficient in MS 365 Suite and experience using Yardi or Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
