Our client is local council based in the south eastern suburbs who are currently looking to hire an ePMO Lead. This person will come onboard to drive portfolio governance and look to continuously improve their project management framework. The Enterprise Project Management Office aims to develop and apply the Project Management Framework across the organization, ensuring effective project delivery across a range of capital and IT project in the pipeline for the next 3-4 years. Key Objectives & responsibilities:
Lead a high-performing team of 2 to drive project management governance and best practice.
Build project management maturity and capability.
Continuously improve the project management framework.
Provide effective project and portfolio reporting.
Support project managers and sponsors.
Manage and improve the portfolio project management system and ensure it aligns with organizational PM maturity.
Manage organizational relationships both internally
