This position ensures the effective management of the Principal's office and coordinating administrative tasks. Your New Role

Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Principal, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and phone communications.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the Principal, teaching staff, and administrative personnel.
Prepare and manage correspondence for current and prospective students' parents, and schedule appointments with the Principal as needed.
Maintain and update student records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide reception relief as needed, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Arrange replacement staff within the support administration team to ensure continuity of operations.

The Team

As a key member of the Systems Administration team within Global Cloud Operations, you will be responsible for administration and operations of the global cloud infrastructure that runs our SaaS product.
