Executive Assistant/ Administrator - Permanent - Sydney Eastern Suburbs We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised School Administrator and Executive Assistant to support the School Principal for a school based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. This position ensures the effective management of the Principal's office and coordinating administrative tasks. Your New Role
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Principal, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and phone communications.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the Principal, teaching staff, and administrative personnel.
Prepare and manage correspondence for current and prospective students' parents, and schedule appointments with the Principal as needed.
Maintain and update student records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide reception relief as needed, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Arrange replacement staff within the support administration team to ensure continuity of operations.
Oversee systems for parent communication and scheduling of parent-teacher meetings.
Perform additional duties as requested by the Principal to support the school's administrative and operational needs.
What you need to succeed
Ideally, experience working in early years' education.
Australian Citizen / Permanent Resident
Executive Assistant/ Administration skills
Comfortable working 5 days a week from school (no working from home)
Must hold WWCC (Working with Children Check)
