Reporting to the Restaurant & Bar Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring and motivating your team, ensuring they deliver professional, efficient and friendly service. You will be assisting the Restaurant & Bar Manager with the day-to-day operations in The Quartier Bar & Restaurant, In-Room Dining and Conferencing/Events. Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide for guests and patrons an experience and environment they feel meets their expectations
• Familiarise yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.
• Liaise with customers and Chef/kitchen brigade to ensure service times are adhered to.
• Ensure revenue for the shift is accounted for with cash/charge summary being completed to balance daily activities.
• Ensure guest billing is completed accurately following Hotel procedure and that correct charges are posted.
• Set up systems to protect and maintain control of restaurant and conference service equipment, correctly recording breakages and carry our regular stock takes.
• Be knowledgeable of and operate within appropriate outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.

BlueScope Distribution is a single-source provider of product, processing and service solutions in steel and aluminium product. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. In this hands-on role, you will lead, motivate, and develop a high performing team to ensure our products and services are of the highest quality to meet our customers’ needs now and in the future. This is a Monday-Friday role, allowing for work/life balance.

• lead and control inventory integrity within the site warehouse and ensure the accuracy of our stock holding

As Food & Beverage supervisor you will report directly to the F&B outlets manager and be responsible for the smooth and efficient day to day operation of the F&B team. Your role will include:

• Supervise the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including restaurant, bar, room service, and conference and events as (as required).
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of food and beverage staff to ensure exceptional service standards.
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu items are delivered according to hotel standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
