As Food & Beverage supervisor you will report directly to the F&B outlets manager and be responsible for the smooth and efficient day to day operation of the F&B team. Your role will include:
- Supervise the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including restaurant, bar, room service, and conference and events as (as required).
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of food and beverage staff to ensure exceptional service standards.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu items are delivered according to hotel standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of promotions and events to drive revenue.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Host briefings and team meetings to communicate department performance and strategies.
