Northline is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our Afternoon Shift Team in Bundamba. In this role, you'll oversee daily afternoon shift operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy in every task. You'll work closely with the Afternoon Shift Operations Manager to drive performance and develop the team, to ensure that Northline deliver on their promise of Customer Delight.
Key Responsibilities:
Unloading & Distribution: Ensure all departing units and trailers are fully loaded to their full capacity and freight distributed in an accurate and timely manner.
Team Leadership: Supervise PM Forklift Operators and Receiving Officers to ensure safe equipment use, prioritisation, scanning accuracy, and minimal freight damage.
Operational Support: Assist with decisions on loading, rail vs. road, and equipment needs.
Issue Reporting: Address revenue, load, cost, and service issues.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce safe load procedures and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
