An exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant has become available within our Store Operations department at ALDI stores, based in Prestons. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term opportunity.

Supporting and reporting to the Director - Store Operations (DSO), this position will have a high degree of responsibility and autonomy. Working in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will have a diverse role liaising with multiple stakeholders.

• Maintain oversight of the Director's portfolio to provide input and be involved in daily decision making
• Provide support to the Director in a professional and efficient manner
• Assist in the creation and preparation of correspondence, documents, and reports, ensuring they are treated with the strictest confidence
• Book travel on behalf of the Director, coordinating flights, accommodation, and travel itineraries
• Provide administrative services including filing, photocopying and archiving
• Build and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams and any relevant stakeholders

We are currently looking for a dedicated and professional Warehouse Assistant to join our friendly and experienced Furniture Services Team in our Warehouse based in Prestons. This Full Time position will be required to work 5 days per week (Monday - Friday only). 

Responsibilities Include:

• Picking and packing of items using forklift, pallet jack and trolleys
• Preparing deliveries for dispatch
• Offloading of containers
• Abiding by and following all WH&S policies and procedures at all times
• General distribution duties as required 

Hours: Mon – Thurs  8:00 – 16:30, Fri 8:00 am – 14:30

A new opportunity has become available within the Safety department of ALDI Stores, based in Prestons. This is a permanent full-time position.

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Manager and broader Safety team. This is a rewarding role as part of a high-performing team where you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders within a fast-paced environment to ensure the efficient day to day running of the Safety team.

What does the role look like?

• Manage the shared inbox

• WHS IT and Payroll systems portal administrative duties
