About this opportunity

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the Warehouse plan to ensure that the team is working safely and well together, the customer requirements are being met and that the budgeted profit result is being delivered.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Apply and coach the team to utilise the necessary Lean and OPEX tools
• Manage the daily tasks efficiency, DIFOT and Asset Utilisation using appropriate software to report, coach, investigate to ultimately improve overall efficiency.
• Manage the adherence to agreed customer KPIs.
• Facilitate the use of preventative maintenance techniques and coordinate forklifts as well as other equipment in the area of responsibility
• Monitor sales orders and run backorder reports
• Respond to sales & customer service requests
• Incident management including of reporting, investigating and close-out of WHSE incidents.
• Instilling a culture whereby risks are identified, assessed and controlled for all activities on site.
• Communicating training dates to personnel under their supervision

Your skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• Familiarity and senior level ability with OH&S and safe work practices
• Experience in a full warehousing operation, incl experience using scanners and other logistics technologies
• Proven people management capabilities coupled with substantial supervisory experience and superior communication skills.
• Experience with manufacturing warehouse stocktake processes
• Waste, recycling and/or packaging industry background
• Experience in a large business high volume fleet & distribution environment

As our City Facility Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering NEXTDC’s brand promise of 100% uptime to our customers, by successfully maintaining an assigned portfolio of NEXTDC data centres within New South Wales.  

This position effectively manages senior members within the facility team and provides day-to day support to enable their success of maintaining grey-space areas to a high standard, and for white-space areas to be provisioned in accordance with customer requirements and expectations.  

Within this role you’ll also promote and embed continuous improvement principles within the team to ensure NEXTDC’s data centres remain to be at the forefront of customer service excellence and innovation.  

People Management 

• Embed a high performing culture within the team 
• Ensure complete resourcing of team members across the assigned portfolio, accounting for customer requirements, maintenance and commissioning scheduling requirements and safety protocols. 
• Facilitate the teams’ development through identifying learning and development opportunities, coaching and on-the-job training 

Data Centre Management 

• Manage operational risk of the facilities within the assigned portfolio to ensure 100% uptime 
• Obtain and maintain relevant data centre certifications for the facilities within the assigned portfolio, including ISO90001, ISO270001, ISO140001, ISO45001 
• Ensure operational excellence to achieve and maintain UTI uptime operational sustainability Gold standard 
• Manage the Operational budget of the facilities within the assigned portfolio to ensure critical plant is maintained at optimum efficiency, and coordinate the implementation of tuning where required  
• Manage the facility capacity planning to forecast and maximise capital investment 
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of your facilities critical infrastructure, including but not limited to electrical and mechanical systems to ensure there is no deferred maintenance 

Risk Management  

• Identify and report all operational, security and WHS incidents  
• Assist in the identification and management of risks listed in the Site Risk Register. Proactively report and escalate any identified risks that are unable to be managed to Head of Facility Management. 
• Conduct regular reviews with the Services Manager to ensure all staff, contractors and stakeholders are being informed of their obligations and associated responsibilities in regards to facility related risks (as per PTW)

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join the Front Office team at Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will: 

• Lead a shift of front office professionals, including our overnight team, ensuring our guest experience is at the forefront at all times.
• Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining procedures for the Front Office department and fostering a focus on guest engagement.
• Assist with the management of the team including training and development, ensuring the team’s success.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for motivated, positive and hardworking individuals for Full-time Kiosk Manager to help launch in Sydney. This will be an initial 12 week campaign with the potential to extend further.

As a Kiosk Manager, you will be required to:

• Proactively engage with and promote Aere to retail consumers
• Drive interest amongst consumers for our clients’ product range
• Sell Product packages, and bundles and subscriptions effectively to achieve KPI
• Facilitate sampling and product tastings on site
• Manage a team of retail sales ambassadors within the kiosk
• Create point of sale displays, ensuring the product is well-stocked and maintained.
• Collect email addresses and generate leads for follow up sales
• Check stock levels for stores
• Report accurate data and provide consumer feedback

Location:  Parramatta, Castle Towers

Hours/Days: 5 days per week on rotating roster
