About the Opportunity

We are looking for motivated, positive and hardworking individuals for Full-time Kiosk Manager to help launch in Sydney. This will be an initial 12 week campaign with the potential to extend further.

As a Kiosk Manager, you will be required to:

  • Proactively engage with and promote Aere to retail consumers
  • Drive interest amongst consumers for our clients’ product range
  • Sell Product packages, and bundles and subscriptions effectively to achieve KPI
  • Facilitate sampling and product tastings on site
  • Manage a team of retail sales ambassadors within the kiosk
  • Create point of sale displays, ensuring the product is well-stocked and maintained.
  • Collect email addresses and generate leads for follow up sales
  • Check stock levels for stores
  • Report accurate data and provide consumer feedback

Location:  Parramatta, Castle Towers

Hours/Days: 5 days per week on rotating roster

Salary: Competitive salary package plus commissions

About you:

  • Fantastic work ethic and great attitude
  • Team management or retail management experience essential
  • Previous sales experience highly advantageous
  • Previous retail or merchandising experience
  • A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
  • Great communication skills to build relationships with store personnel
  • Ability to report your work via apps on an iPad provided by the company

This role involves dealing with a high number of consumers within a busy pop up store in major shopping centres so great communication skills, quick thinking and fantastic presentation are all non-negotiables.
