In addition our Geek4Geek will report to you. This person focuses on Kaizen, infrastructure, security, and compliance - they serve the overall engineering team and lend a hand where it is needed.

What you’ll do   

As our General Manager – Service Delivery Management, you will be responsible for ensuring that we deliver service excellence to our customers in commercially compliant and financially sustainable way. Using your strong influencing skills, you will support your team in driving continual service improvement for our customers across our matrix organisation, championing a security first approach in everything we do. With your in-depth experience of technology services outsourcing, you will be able to represent and advocate for our solutions and offerings in support of in account and new customer growth. About the Role

An opportunity has become available for a results-driven and motivated sales professional to join our like-minded sales team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding set budgets by maintaining existing clients and building new business through our materials handling and warehouse solutions.

Your Role & Team

This is a pure B2B Business Development role, that is responsible for the entire 360 sales cycle from initial prospecting and hunting through to closing out new opportunities across our Corporate Segment – this accounts for businesses across any industry vertical with an annual turnover ranging between $25M-$250M.

Our ideal candidate

To be successful in this role, you’ll have a few years of sales experience under your belt, ideally within the B2B (and tech) space. You’ll have strong communication and problem-solving skills which will enable you to have the right conversations to then uncover the Customer’s needs and provide strong solutions. In short, you need to be resilient, ambitious and nurturing in your approach. Oh and if you’ve used Salesforce in the past, awesome – that will score you some extra points.
