About the Role :

The Senior Business Analyst will be working within a project that is building, maintaining & enhancing the mobile stack. 
Specifically, this role will be responsible for;
- Requirements definition and documentation (epics, features, user stories) As-is and To-be process mapping 
- Facilitation of shared understanding of business problems and technical solutions between PO and engineering 
- Supporting the validation of the solution through user testing 
- Creating and prioritise user stories backlog

About You:

The successful candidate will have; 

- Extensive experience of BA in an Agile environment with exposure to mobile-
3+ yrs x Experience,Relevant Bachelor Degree, vendor certificates or at least 5 years industry experience.
- In-depth understanding of financial products, processes and systems

As the Senior Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Analyst, you will spearhead the support, administration, and management of the IGA platform and processes within Rest. About the Role:

The Senior Finance Analyst role is instrumental in the build-up of the Budget, Forecast and Plan as well as ensuring all month end, half year and full year accounting and financial reporting requirements are delivered on time with a high standard.

This role will report on financial performance and results, providing analysis on drivers of variances. They will also have a thorough understanding of the business unit(s) they support and they will assist with financial analysis to provoke change and improve the overall performance of the business unit(s).

What you’ll be doing: 

• Provide excellent support to key stakeholders, establishing and maintaining effective relationships, gaining their trust and respect

• Perform the build up and upload of Budget, Forecast and Plan

• Undertake all month end, half year and full year accounting and financial reporting requirements

• Analyse, interpret and correct anomalies across Gross Margin, OPEX and D&A as well as investigate and report on key variances

• Manage progress of capital projects and expenditure

• Provide advice on accounting treatment for various transactions in the business unit(s)

The Role

Responsibilities

Like any small company, we all roll our sleeves up to get things done. There will be a lot of variety in this role with responsibilities that include;

• Interpret, analyse and apply financial data into a financial model
• Implement quality credit decisions in accordance with the Board-approved risk appetite and credit policy
• Taking responsibility for the committed turnaround times on credit decisions
• Structuring non-standard complex deals to help our borrowers achieve their strategic goals such as (but not limited to) acquisition, merger, launch in a new geography
• Implementing learnings or insights from the portfolio to improve credit analysis and underwriting
• Prepare, present and defend a credit decision to the Investment Committee
• Contribute towards making the credit policy and credit infrastructure more robust
• Partnering with our Sales team to help improve key processes and make the customer experience better
• Partnering with the Product & Engineering teams in building the scalable credit decision model
• Maintain robust documentation of credit processes and decisions

To really ace this role you will have;

• Solid and demonstrable knowledge of financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Summary, AR, AP, Business Forecasts, Projections, etc.)
• A good understanding of any unsecured asset class in Australia / NZ.
• Must have been a DLA and owned the end-to-end credit decision
• Ability to analyse financial documents and derive insights and ratios to form a credit decision
• Good understanding of KYB, KYC and AML Compliance
