As a pivotal member of the Advanced Analytics team, this Senior Data Analyst role will play a critical role in the Attribution squad by measuring the value driven by our many initiatives to influence and enhance our personalisation approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work in close collaboration with 2 other senior data analysts, 3 data scientists and 2 data engineers within the squad and hundreds of analytics experts within Endeavour
- Establish strong relationships with business stakeholders to become their trusted advisor and partner
- Solve problems from the attribution lens
- Focus on the insights (aka ‘so what’) from ongoing and ad hoc analysis, defining the narrative and identifying actions and opportunities
- Leverage your SQL skills to query our large instore and online retail datasets for all our brands (Dan Murphy, BWS …)
- Design, build, test, and maintain high-quality Tableau dashboards
- Influence the product roadmap of this relatively new squad with the opportunity to bring some of your ideas to life
- Thriving and growing (and challenging) our team norms, standards and procedures to provide consistency across the business and with peers
