Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of the team and reporting directly to the Compliance Manager, you will:

• Support the management of our operational compliance and risk program, ensuring RFM meets all AFS licence, ASX, and Corporations Act obligations.
• Organise and manage key documents and tasks within our compliance system.
• Maintain and update essential compliance registers.
• Foster a culture of compliance, promoting adherence to legal, regulatory, and fiduciary duties.
• Prepare reports for the Internal Compliance Committee and the Board.

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager, who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of strategic design projects for clients in the government, not-for-profit, and private sectors. Practice and craft

• Ensure the successful delivery of complex research and design projects by managing resources to deliver to the agreed scope, budget and timeline

About the role
Due to ongoing success in the ACT market, we are expanding and are seeking a Customer Service Valet – Onsite Technical Support who will attend to the Konica Minolta printing equipment and provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients based onsite in Canberra.

You will be fully trained to be responsible for:

• Maintaining and repairing print equipment on our client-based site to ensure a high standard of copy quality, equipment cleanliness and changing of consumables, in accordance with the agreed service levels.
• Providing face-to-face and occasional over the phone technical support to onsite clients while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Coordinating and performing basic fault-preventative servicing in relation to the printing equipment.
• Providing first-level response on equipment faults in line with Konica Minolta's customer service values/customer statement of work obligations and escalating specific technical equipment/software issues to Konica Minolta Helpdesk.
• Ensuring paper stock is managed to agreed levels, and filling paper trays.
• Consumables management – ordering inventory and replacing toner
• Customer User Training – providing scheduled or ad hoc training to Customer users in relation to the operation of the printer.

Who are we looking for?

• Experience in providing exceptional customer service, client management and troubleshooting skills
• IT network and software application related troubleshooting experience will be very highly regarded
• A desire to learn - Willingness to expand industry knowledge and skills on software and hardware via training

What You’ll Do   

• Load projects/contracts into the ERP and PSA toolset. 
• Load variations, sales orders, purchase orders, resource plans, and other artefacts into the ERP and PSA toolset. 
• Maintain financial records and provide regular reports on project spending and budget status. 
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure that financial processes and policies are understood and adhered to. 
• Monitor project spending/WIP and ensure that invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner. 
• Provide training and support to project teams on systems, tools, processes, and reporting. 
• Exhibit strong technical writing skills and create user guides, training materials, and documentation. 
• Provide support for audits and financial reviews, including preparation of documentation and review of findings. 
• Monitor system hygiene and follow up stakeholders for compliance.

What You’ll Bring  

You will be an exceptionally professional person who has incredible communication skills - both written and verbal. You have demonstrated Project Administration or Project Contractual/Commercial Administration and Project Financial Analysis experience, or experience in Project Delivery Coordination. You have a detailed understanding of the end-to-end Sales to Project Delivery Lifecycle. ·       Work closely with the Sourcing Lead and the Program Office Lead in defining, scoping and managing the delivery of assigned outcomes.

The SIAM Bundle Lead is responsible for contribution to the Department’s future Service Integration and Management approach and leading any subsequent approaches to market for these services. The SIAM Bundle Lead will lead a leveraged team of technical, commercial, and service delivery specialists, including the SIAM SME, to deliver assigned outcomes.

The successful SIAM Bundle Lead and SIAM SME will have a strong understanding of multi-vendor ICT operating models, contemporary development and service delivery frameworks and models, and contemporary service management toolsets and solutions. This includes:

·         Applying their knowledge of the following to various aspects of the program, including but not limited to the development of approach to market requirements for enterprise computing services, evaluating responses, agreeing solutions, and implementing contracted outcomes:

1.              how the services and solutions of individual suppliers are integrated together to deliver services and solutions to application owners, developers, and end users.

The SIAM Lead will have:

·       Significant demonstrated experience in implementing large scale Government ICT outsourcing arrangements, including experience in requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and service implementation.

·       Significant demonstrated experience in implementing SIAM services across large scale ICT delivery environments, including within Government.

·       Demonstrated experience with service management and enterprise operational toolsets and solutions.

About the opportunity:

Rural Funds Management (RFM) has a rare opportunity to join the investment and operations team as a Senior Analyst or Associate. In this role, you will provide investment and asset management functions. This position works across the entire investment lifecycle including new investment opportunities, ongoing operations, asset development and asset divestment, and is based in our Canberra Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Financial reporting and forecasting including annual budgeting, monthly variance reporting, and capital expenditure reviews

The successful candidates will work with business subject matter experts (SME’s) to elicit business requirements for several initiatives underway within Australian Parliament House (APH).

To be successful in this role candidates will need to have:

• A minimum of 7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.

You will also be supporting the delivery of the Software Asset Management (SAM) managed services and projects for multiple customers from Commercial and Government industries.

You will have advanced critical thinking skills, an ability to interpret and apply logical decision making to a variety of data, and you must be able to deliver your analysis, findings, and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.

Your ability to work with other members of the SAM and customer management team to develop and deliver quality solutions for our customer is critical to the success of our SAM Consulting and Managed services.

What You’ll Do

In this role you will work collaboratively with other Software Asset Management (SAM) team members, Software Licensing Consultants, and Customer account teams. Essentially, the Software Asset Management Consultant will:

• Act as Consulting SAM Subject Matter Expert for our customers.
• Deliver SAM Consulting services relevant to today’s changing technology landscape and market demands.
• Deliver Compliance Reviews (Effective Licensing Position) for Customers.
• Review current software licensing Terms and Conditions, License Agreements, and License Contracts to identify any breaches or risks for our customers.
• Apply knowledge of licensing rules and use rights within SAM Consulting Services.
• Analyse, document, and present licensing modelling recommendations.
• Identify license reclamation opportunities to achieve cost avoidance outcomes.
• Propose remediation and optimisation activities that may result in reduced compliance risk and/or financial savings and cost avoidance outcomes.
• Contribute to the achievement of project outcomes while managing compliance and commercial risks for customers.
• Provide quality customer service through adherence to Datacom’s Asset Management service delivery methodology and processes.
• Utilise SAM technologies and their capabilities including Flexera’s FlexNet Manager Suite (FNMS) and/or Snow License Manager.
• Interpret data outputs from the SAM technologies and other tools to provide accurate and timely reporting.
• Liaise with service management, and customer teams to define, optimise, and develop SAM standards, processes, procedures, plans and controls to ensure appropriate service asset information is recorded and maintained.

About the opportunity:

Are you passionate about fostering a positive and safe working environment? Do you have a keen interest in human resources and work health and safety activities? If so, we invite you to apply to join our team in our Canberra head office as a People and Safety Administrator.

As a People and Safety Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing human resources administration and procurement support to the People, Safety, and ICT team. Working closely with the People Adviser, you'll contribute to recruitment services and play a vital role in maintaining a positive and productive workplace.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Safety Commitment: Demonstrate commitment to safety, environmental sustainability, and equal opportunity objectives
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the People and Safety team, including payroll services, reporting and compliance
• Recruitment Assistance: Support the People Adviser with recruitment processes, advertising, interviews, and reference checks
• Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees
• Procurement and Coordination: Support the Safety Manager and ICT Project Coordinator with document production, system administration, procurement, and scheduling
• Training Development: Contribute to the development of HR, WHS, and ICT training materials as required

Qualifications and Skills:

• Human Resources or Business Administration qualifications (highly regarded)
• Work Health and Safety qualifications (highly regarded)
• Knowledge of human resources and interest in work health and safety
• 12 months+ experience in a similar role preferred, but graduates without experience will be considered
• Strong oral and written communication skills, time management, and organisational skills
• ICT literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to work autonomously with a methodical and practical approach
• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Self-directed but able to follow direction
• Strong interpersonal skills

• Base salary starting from $60,000 per annum (plus 11% superannuation)
• Company provided laptop
• Ongoing training and development available
• Participation in the company’s salary continuance and life insurance plan, and annual discretionary bonus scheme (subject to eligibility criteria)
