As a Commercial Enterprise Account Executive your core objective is new logo acquisition by taking on a solutions approach to the pursuit of enterprise deals across multiple verticals.

• Actively source and pursue every qualified opportunity to secure logos using multiple channels. Maps complex enterprise accounts building consensus, ultimately negotiating/closing license and professional services agreements

As a Senior Account Executive you will:

• Align with the company's strategic objectives, handle and grow revenue and market share at designated Enterprise accounts to improve customer success at all levels in the customer organisation. 

• Develop and deliver business plans to address customer and prospect priorities and critical needs.

• Convey public and acquired intelligence about customer technology footprints, strategic growth plans, technology strategies and competitive landscape and trends Introduce domain product and service experts/specialists while maintaining account oversight.

• Own account relationships and drive overall customer success for these assigned accounts.

• Build consensus and develop relationships at multiple levels – executive sponsors, influencers and decision makers.

• Lead large scale transactions to close large scale deals. Build pipeline, forecast business, lead the internal team, communicate key updates and competitive intelligence.

• Exceed quarterly and annual new and expansion software subscription, renewals, professional service and training business goals.

As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) this position provides high level executive and personal support to our founder and CEO and at times other executives with extensive travel obligations and administrative support.  You will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication and organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail. You will be supporting by organizing and maintaining schedules and assisting by performing a variety of tasks across both personal and business areas. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage business and personal schedules of the CEO, including proactive diary management, arranging and scheduling appointments, agendas, calls, travel and accommodation arrangements.

• Calendar management, scheduling of meetings, assisting with preparation prior to meetings and managing travel itineraries

• Management of personal invoices, reconciliations and other items as directed

• Maintain professional and strict confidentiality with all materials and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business

• Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal and external  individuals

• Precise note and minute recording for meetings when required

• Maintain and refine internal processes that support the CEO both business and personal tasks

• Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele

• Preparation of internal and external corporate documents

• Organize and plan events as required

• Greet and welcome guests when they arrive at the office

• Arrange catering for meetings and events

• Other personal and business tasks as requested

A BIT ABOUT YOU

• 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role

• High level of organisational, and time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidentiality

• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize accordingly

• Punctual and well-presented with friendly disposition

• Potential overseas and interstate travel to the companies offices that are located across Australia, United States, Philippines and the Dominican Republic
