• Support the Terminal Operations Manager through the development and execution of multi-year asset management strategies across existing and proposed assets.
• Work with stakeholders in New Energies, Supply and Commercial to scope and assess options for new projects.
• Drive a systematic, detailed approach to operational management of site assets, monitoring performance against safety and operational objectives in accordance with our systems and processes.

This role ensures coordination for essential engineering support to frontline staff maintaining the plant and responding to day-to-day equipment failures. Including: 

• Development of major equipment overhaul scopes.
• Development and implementation of tracking and assurance activities to ensure effectiveness of tactical strategies.
• Reliability improvement of rotating and other mechanically driven equipment and electrical assets.
• Delivery of technical support, including vendor liaison, to minimise the impact of equipment downtime.
• Liaise with key Operations stakeholders to provide Engineering support to mitigate risks to the delivery of the business plan.
• Ensure asset-related failures are investigated and learnings shared and implemented.

The role will build on existing business, and a strong focus on growth in the region and will report to the National Sales Manager.
