The Indirect and Retail Lubricants team at Viva Energy is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role focuses on managing and nurturing our relationship with our key customers. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining strong partnerships, maximizing customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth for Viva Energy through strategic sales initiatives and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing Customer Relationships: Strengthen and expand existing relationships with key customers
  • Identifying Growth Opportunities: Proactively seek out and convert growth opportunities within the account
  • Commercial Tender Management: Develop and manage commercial tender responses and negotiate contracts
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets
  • Customer Communication: Ensure effective communication to manage customer expectations and ensure safe delivery
  • Managing Customer Rebates and Marketing Support: Oversee customer rebate programs and support marketing initiatives
  • Promotional Programs: Implement and deliver customer promotional offers and programs
  • Needs Identification: Continuously identify opportunities to meet current and future customer needs
