About the Role
In this role, you will join our dedicated team, undergoing a structured 18-month training and development program tailored to help you become proficient in all facets of our business. As the pioneer in our unique field, you will learn from the ground up.
During the initial 6 months, you will focus on becoming proficient as a Careers Advisor & Assessor Compliance, a pivotal role within our organization. This position combines sales responsibilities with managing enrolled students, involving both specific sales targets and student service/progress-related goals. Your tasks will include inbound lead handling, outbound lead generation, system creation, and development in outbound leads.
Upon mastery, you will play a key role in recruiting and training your replacement Career Advisor+Assessor.
Package
Based in Brisbane - Please refrain from applying if you are not located in Brisbane.
Full-Time position with an initial base package of 80k during probation.
Base salary increases to 100-120k after successfully completing the training & development plan (18-months) and based on performance.
After completing probation, 20% Work From Home (WFH) flexibility.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business or Exercise/Nutrition Physiology/Science is prefered.
Preferred: Client practice & Service provision experience in the industry.
Essential: Sales experience.
Proficiency in online CRM systems, G-Suite/Sheets/Excel, and email marketing systems & funnels.
