Our client is a leader within the health and wellness sector providing exceptional services to their members and and clients. They are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Associate with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience to join their dynamic and passionate team.
Job Description:
As an Experienced Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through proactive client engagement, excellent product knowledge, and exceptional customer service. You will work closely with their clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and deliver tailored solutions. Your ability to build relationships and exceed sales targets will be crucial to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products/services, identifying opportunities, and closing deals.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights to the sales team and management.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in [mention specific industry or related industry].
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
