Reporting to the Regional Manager, your key responsibility will be to oversee maintenance works on non-process infrastructure on our clients assets within a mine environment. You will be providing advice and support to maintenance personnel and sub-contractors on site with duties including completion of detailed scoping documents, quoting, supervising maintenance and minor construction work, scheduling, report preparation whilst ensuring work programs are on time and on budget. Positions are FIFO on an 8:6 roster (fights from Perth).

• Extensive experience in maintenance works management in a remote environment
• Sound understanding of mines and statutory regulations
• Knowledge of scoping, planning and supervising packages of work

Due to operational growth, we are recruiting for Offshore Chef /Cooks to join the Sodexo Oil and Gas on a casual basis to support the increase in operational requirements. 

The point of hire as Perth, Western Australia, successful candidates will be deployed to various offshore operations within Sodexo's Oil & Gas portfolio across varied clients and rostering requirement. Working in a team environment, you will be required to demonstrate skills in a bulk cooking setting working across various functions within catering.

The role is based in our Perth Support Centre in Balcatta with occasional travel to remote sites.

This is a general scope of duties for the position of Injury Management Coordinator:

• Ensure injury management activities for work-related and non-work-related injuries/illnesses are coordinated and implemented in a timely manner to optimise a recovery at work
• Liaise with injured workers, health professionals and key internal stakeholders to support management of physical, psychological and psychosocial incidents addressing recovery at work, fitness for work, wellbeing and safety.
• Work collaboratively with the Insurers and legal teams to achieve desired RTW outcomes and resolution of workers compensation claims, ensuring responsible financial claims management
• Effectively set expectations and educate internal stakeholders on legislative and internal injury and claims management obligations
• Plan, develop and implement pro-active injury management and rehabilitation strategies
