The Commercial Products team manages a fleet of custom-built and off the shelf systems that perform critical functions for our Sales Operations, Traffic, Finance and Presentation teams, which make it possible for us to sell and traffic ads. In other words, our systems manage all revenue associated with broadcast today and progressively into digital.

Ideally you have worked with Salesforce over the last couple of years, have a focus on industry cloud solutions, and are comfortable working from implementation to adoption. 

Role responsibilities

• User Management: Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and accessibility.
• System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and data integrity.
• Customisation: Customise Salesforce applications, including the creation of reports, dashboards, page layouts, and workflow automation.

The Cyber Security Analyst will be a part of the security operations team (SOC) aspiring to detect, hunt and respond to cyber security threats to Nine. This role will be a great fit for a blue teamer with understanding and interest in red team tactics and techniques, someone with an analyst mindset who wants to be actively involved in threat hunting, threat intelligence management and investigations using automation, data analysis and curiosity.

This is a hands-on role in a flexible working environment in a small but high functioning and diverse team.  The role  involves detection engineering, incident response, threat hunting and will be interacting with a broad set of business units. Hence, communication skills, problem solving and day to day learning are a big part of it. The Pricing team is a specialist division within the Sales Operations Team, responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximise revenue potentials. The team provides timely and insightful data to key stakeholders within the company to assist in making trading decisions within the competitive television marketplace.

As a member of the Pricing team you will be responsible for the maintenance & analysis of critical pricing reports which inform pricing strategies. Your role will also include a number of day to day functions in support of the Pricing Manager.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Television Finance team at Nine. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager – News and Current Affairs, you will be pivotal in delivering the financial results for Television Finance.

From month-end reporting to forecasting and budgeting, to suggesting efficiencies and understanding the products that are News and Current Affairs, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of the individual departments as well as enhancing the finance and business partnership efforts company-wide.

You will:

• Provide month end reporting and analysis for the News and Current Affairs Departments including Today Show, A Current Affair, Today Extra, and Sixty Minutes – liaising with the Executive Producers and Unit Managers for these productions.

In this collaborative role you will work across Payroll, People & Culture, IT, Rostering Managers and the wider Nine business to embed and improve processes to capture, track and resolve system maintenance requests and end user issues in relation to the Time & Attendance system (Humanforce).
