Your new role

Manage the secretariat functions for the PMO including: scheduling project meetings and program forums in collaboration with the Program Manager; managing correspondence, distribution of documents, minutes for project meetings, recording actions and risks.
Review and recommend to the Program Manager and Principal Director ongoing improvements to governance processes
Monitor departmental/government communications and repackage and distribute information

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of 5 years experience working with the Australian Public Service within a project or program management capacity.
