This is a great opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join our high performing team. You will be responsible for the management and delivery functions of the Applied Pacific Operations Business including the day-to-day activities, customer relationship management, warranty management and team development / performance.

The role will involve:
Drive operational excellence for the Applied Business across Australia and New Zealand.
Responsible to ensure the Pacific Applied Business deliver monthly/quarterly Outlook commitments for Rev/GM and Utilization.
Monthly Financial Forecasts and Reporting.
Consolidate view of MTD/QTD financial performance with total view on OL + R&O.
Responsible for the Leadership & Performance Management including driving performance vs goals, regular feedback, recognition (via R&R initiatives, Bravo Awards).
Lead your team to achieve operational KPIs, such as executed margin (%), labor utilization, W, Cash warranty recovery, collections other deliverables.
Responsible for the successful delivery of all ES projects including order, Logistics, site execution.
Ensure all DOA requirements are upheld during the project booking process.
Provides customer support and ensures customer satisfaction.
Responsible for warranty management and yearly recovery rates.
Create growth and operational strategies to achieve the annual Plan.
Review Operations and Processes to drive Improvements.
Analyse problem areas and take corrective actions as necessary.
Support broader team with Asset management – including Accounts Payable and Receivable reduction, UBRS and UERS reviews.
What we are looking for:
10+ years’ experience within HVAC Applied Business or similar environments.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong organizational, administrative skills and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
High level of expertise in MS Office software including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently.
