Role Description

This is a full-time Medical Receptionist role located on-site at Gold Coast Radiology in Gold Coast, QLD. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing patient appointments, handling patient inquiries, managing patient medical records, and processing patient payments. You will work closely with the Radiologists, Radiographers, Sonographers, and the administration team to ensure the smooth operation of the practice and excellent patient care.

Qualifications


High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a medical receptionist or administrative role preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Experience with medical billing and insurance preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with medical software and electronic medical records preferred

About the role

We are currently seeking speech pathologists for full time positions.  We also offer a hybrid model of working which is a combination of working

 from home and meeting with consumers in their natural surroundings or within our offices in Berwick, Cranbourne and / or Pakenham.

As a Windermere Paediatric Speech Pathologist, you will manage a caseload and:


deliver a broad range of evidence informed intervention strategies, standardised assessments and parent training to increase communication and active participation in social and educational settings for children;
undertake face to face consultation and relationship building in natural environments, schools and kindergartens as well as our modern office facilities and therapy spaces;
liaise and collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to design and deliver comprehensive support plans; and
Provide key worker support and advice to families and children in relation to speaking, listening, understanding language, fluency and social skills.
Provide discipline specific assessment and intervention to children aged 0-12 years and their family with a range of disabilities.

Moreton Bay Medial Centre also known as Kippa Ring Medical Centre is very busy mixed billing medical practice, completely private billing on weekends and public holidays, procedures are privately billed with demographics unique to this area.

 

Located 25 km of Brisbane CBD near the Redcliffe peninsula. Established eight years ago, we have been recognised for exceptional patient service. This practice is privately owned and already has seven FTE doctors.

 

Currently we are seeking the services of a Vocationally Registered (VR) GP to join us at our beautiful practice. The successful GP will be replacing a full time GP who is moving up north for lifestyle reasons and hence can expect to be busy right from day one.

 

The incoming GP will be well supported by nurses, practice manager and admin staff.

 

You can also structure your full-time hours by choosing the hours and days to suit your lifestyle.
