We are recruiting a specialist engineer with experience in integrating, commissioning, and testing fuel cell systems. This position will be instrumental for our initial powerplant tests that integrate an energy generation system based on hydrogen fuel cells to power our propulsion system for aviation. Our ideal candidate should have worked on hydrogen powerplants for mobility applications, like hydrogen powered vehicles like trucks, buses or industrial vehicles. Any experience or exposure to aviation and the aerospace industry will be a clear differentiator and highly regarded. This position is based in Melbourne, Australia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive the integration of all relevant components of a hydrogen fuel cell as part of our Energy on board system, including auxiliary subsystems and balance of plant, like compressors, heat exchangers, hydrogen tanks, etc.
• Develop conversion concepts and structural modifications for integration into the existing aircraft in accordance with industry standards and certification regulation.
• Detailed sizing of all critical elements using sound engineering methodologies
• Technical contribution in systems engineering activities for the integration and qualification of our integrated electric aircraft platforms, including development of specific components.
• Identification of commercial components, definition of requirements and specifications and supplier management.
• Use systems engineering skills, identify program requirements, verification methods, analyses plan and qualification and test programs.
• Work with internal and external teams, customers and suppliers, throughout our product development cycle, to manage requirements plan, system validation and verification.
• Support Certification documents preparation
• Review compliance of design to specifications and requirements, review conformance of project documents to requirements
• Manage the requirements change process, identifying customers’ priorities and recording conflicts between individual requirements.
• Contribute to our integrated Powerplant architecture design, as well as our ground tests integrating SIL and HIL components.
• Development of testing regime including supporting documentation and data collection

REQUIREMENTS
• A relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Masters Degree in Systems Engineering, Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• At least 2 years of full-time relevant experience (including Design and/or integration of fuel cells, cooling systems for Fuel Cells, Power electronics, Balance of Plant into hydrogen energy systems for powertrains).
• Working knowledge of thermal management solutions such as heat pumps and phase change cooling for batteries or other energy storage systems.
• Working experience in safety analysis of H2 systems integration (fuel cell, cooling systems, hydrogen tanks), using tools like DFMEA and PFMEA ro develop test plans.
• Direct experience with Electric Vehicles will be highly regarded.
• Experience with broad array of engineering tools / languages including MatLab, Simulink, Python or C++.
• Proficiency with CAD systems like CATIA or SolidWorks will be highly regarded, as well as experience with FEA and CFD packages like ANSYS, Nastran/Patran or FLUENT (CFD).
• Excellent organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively with others.

Job Summary:
As an MR Licence Truck Driver and 3PL Warehouse Assistant at TGL Think Global Logistics, you will have a multifaceted role that combines the responsibilities of a Truck Driver with those of a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) Warehouse Assistant. You will be responsible for driving our MR-class vehicles, delivering goods, and actively participating in warehouse operations.

Location: 150 Milperra Road, Revesby NSW 2212
Working days: Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm,
Additional Early morning & Late night shift for Overtime rate for extra earning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Truck Driver and 3PL Warehouse Assistant Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain MR-class trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Transport goods and materials to and from specified locations, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle's safety and report any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logbooks and trip reports.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and team members.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods as necessary.
• Handle delivery documentation and obtain necessary signatures.
• Assist in the receiving, storing, and organizing of goods within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and proficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Perform inventory counts and update records in the warehouse management system.
• Assist in cycle counting, stock replenishment, and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to achieve daily operational goals.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the warehouse.
Qualifications:

• Valid MR driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven 2-3 years’ experience as an MR Licence Truck Driver.
• Police Check required
• Forklift operation certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Safety-conscious and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

Your new company Join a growing manufacturing business as their supply chain planner, gaining a permanent role in their team in Western Sydney with opportunity for an immediate start. Your new role In your new role as supply chain planner, your key responsibilities will include:

Ensuring adequate supply of raw materials and components to meet production requirements, assisting in the production planning process and liaising with suppliers directly to procure materials.
Inventory management of raw materials and finished goods, conducting stock takes and cycle counts, ensuring stock on hand is accurately represented within the ERP system.
Collaborate with key stakeholders across customer service, sales, and operations, communicating and resolving any delays both internally and to external customers.
Driving a continuous improvement culture through the supply chain function, identifying opportunities for improvement, reporting to management, and implementing improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a similar role, with demonstrated knowledge across planning, production, logistics, and inventory management, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Good technical knowledge, with proven ability to learn complex products and understand supply chain within a production environment.
Excellent systems skills, with strong knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems exposure.
High-level written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to work to deadlines, excellent administrative skills, and solid business understanding.
