We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and strategic Distribution Executive to join our team at Minor Hotels Corporate Office in the Brisbane CBD. 

In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Director of Distribution and play a vital part in enhancing the performance of Minor Hotels. Your focus will be on managing and optimising the distribution, content, and promotions of our properties across various online travel agents (OTAs). You will also coordinate dynamic connectivity for agents, ensuring seamless integration and maximised visibility. As a key player in our distribution strategy, your efforts will significantly contribute to driving bookings and increasing brand presence in the competitive hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Manage and optimise property listing content across all channels to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is consistently reflected.
• Oversee the connections between SiteMinder and the portfolio of channels, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with OTA partners to enhance overall performance and collaboration.
• Provide support to internal and external stakeholders regarding channel connections and distribution-related inquiries.
• Coordinate the distribution rollout of offers and campaigns across all channels, ensuring effective promotion and visibility.
• Address and resolve any OTA parity issues to maintain competitive positioning.
• Identify and optimise revenue opportunities through OTA-sponsored listings and propose promotional strategies to the Revenue team.
• Prepare and deliver scheduled performance reports across all key partners to monitor and drive results.

ROLE PROFILE:

• To support the successful delivery of ERM Australia Pacific Air Quality projects and objectives by:

• Initiating and leading sales efforts, including managing large, complex, multidisciplinary projects, proposal writing and delivery

• Project management experience with accountability for managing project risk and delivering performance

• Client engagement activity with a local network and recent business development successes

• Building effective working relationships within project team, discipline and business needs

• satisfaction/ Meet business financial targets, overall project budget and schedule, client expectations, and internal and contract requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 7 - 10 years' relevant experience in a consulting environment, with the following:

• Tertiary qualifications (or higher) in engineering, science, meteorology or chemistry

• Understanding of the regulatory requirements and relevant legislation

• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships

• Strong initiative with the ability to work independently where required

• High level Excel skills including data manipulation

• Flexibility to conduct a variety of assessment and tackle complex problems using innovative solutions

• Project management experience with accountability for managing project risk and delivering performance

• Client engagement activity with a local network and recent business development successes

• Proven ability to complete projects within budget and on schedule

• A genuine desire to work with a great team and to mentor and develop your colleagues

• Experience in air quality dispersion modelling
