Actively following up on customer queries and anticipating their needs.
Understand and identify customer interests, needs, and buying criteria.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products.
Drive sales, upsell and meet monthly targets.
Maintain data history on our software system.
Delivering vehicles.
Providing post-delivery support.
