Group Compliance is responsible for lobbying, implementing and monitoring regulatory change with relevance to the CBA Group. It is also responsible for building frameworks and methodologies to enable consistency across the Group and to provide an operating environment to work within and meet our regulatory mandates.

The Compliance Frameworks and Licensing Chapter develops and maintains the frameworks for managing compliance across the Group:

The Compliance Framework Centre of Excellence develops and maintains the overall compliance approach design, infrastructure, implementation, and monitoring including ownership of all relevant frameworks and policies; and
The Licensing Centre of Excellence manages the Group?s financial services and credit licenses, fit and proper requirements for Responsible Persons and oversees APRA Prudential governance requirements for the Group.
