Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system aligned with NDIS requirements and best practices.
• Conduct regular internal audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and compliance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
• Oversee the investigation of non-compliance issues and implement corrective action plans.
• Liaise with external auditors during registration and certification processes.
• Assist staff in understanding and adhering to NDIS regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and deliver training programs on quality assurance, compliance, and risk management.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on quality management activities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality is embedded across all aspects of service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest NDIS standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure the efficient and high-quality delivery of NDIS services.
• Develop and implement operational plans and procedures aligned with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
• Manage staff performance and development to ensure they deliver quality services and comply with NDIS regulations.
• Allocate resources effectively to support both quality assurance and operational activities.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address operational concerns and ensure service satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Quality Assurance or related role.
• Proven understanding of the Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent auditing and investigation skills.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Excellent operational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
